Special vinyl with heavy polyester backing resists tears, punctures, cracking, peeling or freezing. Seams are chain stitched with no-rot Dacron thread. Heavy elastic band secures cover to tire and ensures a smooth fit. Rain and condensation drain away to prevent mold and mildew. Soap and water washable.
