Color is built into the pad during the manufacturing process, making it more fade and deterioration resistant than painted finishes. Easy installation: remove retaining clips under dash, remove the old pad, slip in the new one, clip it in place. Pads for '67-72 feature original-style metal insert reinforcement; all others have full metal backing.
